Uzbekistan possesses vast untapped reserves of clay-based minerals. However, the local industry has traditionally focused on raw extraction rather than high-value processing of clay bentonite, leaving a gap in the supply of specialized industrial grades for drilling and foundry applications.
The region's arid climate and soil composition necessitate high-efficiency adsorbents for water treatment and agricultural soil remediation. There is an increasing reliance on imported zeolite pellets to manage nitrogen levels in livestock farming and purity in local chemical synthesis.
Furthermore, the expanding construction and cosmetics sectors in Tashkent and Samarkand are driving the demand for high-purity mica pigment powder, shifting the market from basic mineral sales to specialized additive solutions.
